'Mingulay' is a delightful detached cottage in its own garden grounds in the hamlet of Portrigh, close to the beautiful fishing port of Carradale on the Kintyre peninsula. It is situated above an idyllic secluded beach with stunning views over the Kilbrannan Sound to Arran.

• Starter pack of logs and coal sheets and towels provided

• Bedroom 1 with double bed.

• Bedroom 2 with 2 bunk beds

• Gardens shed with deep freeze and logs for open fire.

• Own secluded garden with garden furniture, off road parking.

• Dogs welcome supplement £20 per week

Location and Surrounding Area

Carradale is on the east coast of Kintyre and is perfectly situated for outdoor activities. There is a sandy beach nearby and another within 10 minutes walking distance.The town of Campbeltown is a pleasant 15 mile drive and  contains a full range of amenities, shops, 2 supermarkets, petrol station, aqualibrium with swimming pool and library, and cinema.The renowned Springbank distillery is well worth a visit.        

The beautiful 9 hole Carradale Golf course is adjacent and there are World famous links courses at Machrihanish and Dunaverty further down the peninsula. Also the cottage is perfectly located for hill walking and fly fishing locally.
